CUSTOMER’S CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel the order, kindly contact us via mail at support@bagxury.com, or DM us on our Official Whatsapp No +91 7011186143 or through our 24/7 live chat support on our website. Once the cancellation notice is received by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount provided the order has not yet been processed by us. 

KINDLY NOTE: 

We will not be able to cancel any orders that have already been processed, and/or shipped out by us.

Return to origin orders will be marked as a fraudulent order and will not be allowed to order cash on delivery orders again.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY :

Our team understands that you will not always be able to test and handle our products prior to purchase and that’s why we are proud to offer 7-day returns on all of our Brand items.

If you don’t like the quality or if you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered to you, You can simply request for a return within 2  days of the delivery date. At Bagxury , we stand behind Our product! That is why we offer a 2 Day return Guarantee on all our Bagxury products.

You must notify us within 2 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Bagxury charges Rs. 199 for any return that is provided. Please make sure that the returned product(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product. Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts, or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

After receiving the returned product, we will provide a refund as soon as it is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgment.

Please make sure that the returned product(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.

 

DEFECTS & DAMAGES:

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is received in defective or damaged condition or if the product delivered by us is not the same as per your order, we will schedule a reverse pickup for the product. The product should be unused, and should be in the same order and condition as when you received it, with its original packaging and original tags in place.

In case you receive a damaged/defective product(s), Bagxury should be notified within HOURS of Delivery.

  • We Request you to refuse delivery of any product with its outer packaging damaged or tampered with in any manner.
  • We request you to make unboxing videos, if the product is believed to be damaged or defective prior to using the product or during transit.

To assist our team in providing you with a speedy resolution, please include photos and/or a short video demonstrating the damage or fault with your product. Our Support team will review your claim and in the first instance, attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue for you without the need to return your product. If it is determined via troubleshooting that your product may be faulty, our team will provide instructions to have the product returned for assessment. Once we receive the product, our experienced team will assess it and determine how to best resolve the issue.

As an online retailer, Bagxury does not have any physical retail stores where you can return your faulty products. As such, it is important that you provide our team with as much information as possible (including photos and/or videos) to ensure your product fault can be diagnosed promptly, and so that we can resolve your issue.

 

THF UNFULFILLED ORDERS / CANCELLED ORDERS :

Every effort will be made in good faith for fulfilling each and every order placed. However, there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and are constrained to cancellation. The reasons for the same may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, flaws or errors in the product, its pricing and/or stock information, or issues detected by our credit and fraud-avoidance department. If all or any portion of your order is canceled, our Customer Care Team will communicate the same to you. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account. 

 

 REFUNDS:

The money will be refunded via Bank Transfer. We will initiate the process of refunding after we have received the product. Any refund that is provided on a returned product will be provided after deducting the return postage. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in crediting the Cardholder's credit card account, since this falls in the Cardholder's issuing bank’s purview. Any returned product(s) received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
